1. Who owns this website

"Demarchy" is the trading name under which the owner above operates. It is not a company. When this website says "we", it means that owner and the people who work with them.
The address above is there so you can reach us directly and effectively, and we answer it ourselves.
Art. 10.1 a) and e) of the LSSI: name, address, email address and tax number, reachable permanently, easily, directly and free of charge.
2. Registry details
The owner is a natural person and is not entered in the Commercial Registry, nor in any other public registry for the purpose of acquiring legal personality or of publicity. That is why this section carries no registration details.
Art. 10.1 b) of the LSSI, which asks for registration details of the registry in which the provider is entered, "where applicable".
3. Administrative authorisation and regulated professions
This activity is not subject to any prior administrative authorisation.
No regulated profession is practised through this website. In particular, and although part of what we offer is aimed at law firms, Demarchy does not provide legal services, legal advice or representation, and is not a member of any professional bar. What we do is automate processes with rules the firm itself writes.

4. Prices
Prices shown on this website are stated without VAT. The applicable tax has to be added to the figure shown. There are no shipping costs, because nothing physical is shipped.
What is published is indicative, so you know the order of magnitude before writing to us. What you pay is what is agreed in writing before any work starts.
